1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Wonder Kid Space, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms and confirms that they are authorized to create and manage the child profiles on the account.

2. Educational purpose

Wonder Kid Space offers educational stories, quizzes, activities and progress indicators. AI-assisted and educational content may contain mistakes and should not replace a parent, teacher or qualified professional. Parents should supervise use according to the child’s age and needs.

3. Account responsibilities

The parent is responsible for account access, accurate profile information and activity performed through the account. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or submit unlawful or harmful material.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple App Store or Google Play under the price, renewal and cancellation terms shown before purchase. Cancellation is managed through the relevant store account. Except where required by law, refunds follow the store’s policies.

5. Content and intellectual property

Wonder Kid Space and its content, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access is for personal or authorized educational use. Content may not be copied, resold, redistributed or used to build another service without permission.

6. Reports, availability and changes

Users may report unsuitable content from the app. We may review, edit or remove content and may suspend abusive accounts. Features and availability may change, and temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Wonder Kid Space is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. Questions can be sent to support@wonderkidsapp.space.
